Help

Short answers, with steps for each phone brand. Menu names can differ a little depending on your phone’s version.

Setup

I can’t find Vision in Accessibility

Every brand puts it somewhere else, and Vision is often in a sub-menu. Still missing? Search "Vision" in the Settings search bar.

Samsung
Settings → Accessibility → Installed apps → Vision.
Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO
Settings → Additional settings → Accessibility → Downloaded apps → Vision.
OPPO, realme, OnePlus
Settings → Additional settings → Accessibility → Downloaded apps (or Installed services) → Vision.
vivo, iQOO
Settings → Shortcuts & accessibility → Accessibility → Installed services → Vision.
Pixel
Settings → Accessibility → Downloaded apps → Vision.
Other phones
Settings → Accessibility → Downloaded apps / Installed services → Vision.
The switch is grayed out or says "Restricted setting"

This only happens when Vision wasn’t installed from the Play Store, on Android 13 and later. Try turning Vision on once, open App info, tap ⋮ at the top right, choose "Allow restricted settings", then turn it on again.

Everyday use

The pill suddenly disappears

Your phone probably closed Vision in the background to save battery. When that happens, the status card in Vision turns red with a button to turn it back on. To keep it from happening again:

Samsung
App info → Battery → Unrestricted. Also check that Vision isn't under Battery → Background usage limits → Sleeping apps.
Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO
turn on Autostart for Vision, then App info → Battery saver → No restrictions.
OPPO, realme, OnePlus
App info → Battery usage → turn on Allow background activity and Allow auto launch.
vivo, iQOO
Settings → Battery → Background power consumption → Vision → Allow.
Huawei, Honor
Settings → Battery → App launch → Vision → Manage manually, then turn everything on.
Other phones
App info → Battery (or App battery usage) → Unrestricted.
Notifications show up twice

One is from Vision, the other is Android’s own pop-up. Vision can’t turn that off for you, so turn off the system pop-up:

Samsung
Settings → Notifications → Advanced settings → Floating notifications → Off.
Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO
Settings → Notifications & status bar → App notifications → pick an app (like WhatsApp) → turn off Floating notifications. Repeat for each chat app.
OPPO, realme, OnePlus
Settings → Notifications & status bar → pick an app (like WhatsApp) → turn off Banners or Floating notifications. Repeat for each chat app.
vivo, iQOO
Settings → Notifications & status bar → pick an app (like WhatsApp) → turn off Floating notifications. Repeat for each chat app.
Other phones
Settings → Notifications → App notifications → pick an app (like WhatsApp) → open each category (like Messages) → turn off Pop on screen. Repeat for each chat app.
The pill doesn’t line up with my front camera

Open the pill’s position and size settings in Vision. While that page is open, a guide helps you fit the pill around the punch hole. Camera in the corner? Use the corner camera option on the same page.

Lyrics don’t show up

Turn on lyrics mode first, it’s off by default. Lyrics come from LRCLIB over the internet, so not every song is available.

Premium

What’s free and what’s Premium?

Every Vision function is free, with no ads. Premium unlocks extra looks: Glance themes, idle pill styles, and the Aurora, Sunset, Ocean, Mint and Mono pill themes. You pay once, it’s not a subscription.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Tap any theme: it’s applied for 60 seconds, then goes back to the free theme. There’s no limit on how often you can try.

I bought it but themes are locked, or I changed phones

Make sure the Play Store is using the Google account you bought it with, then open Glance themes and tap Restore purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play’s policy and can be requested from your order history there.

Privacy

Does Vision read my messages and screen?

Vision reads notifications so it can show them in the pill, all on your phone. It doesn’t read your screen, typing or passwords. The details are in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

App data is gone when you uninstall Vision. For waitlist data, delete it here.

Still stuck?

In Vision, open How to use, then Report a problem. You’ll see what’s in the report before it’s sent. Or email admin@kitostudio.pro.
